1. Edit Profile

This section allows you to edit your business and personal particulars. Only certain fields are editable and the rest are shown for your reference. E-mail address for the master account cannot be modified. Email address of the sub-account cannot be modified but can be deleted by the master account user.

  2. On the left side bar, navigate Account Settings, choose Edit Profile.
  3. Change password*
  4. Click on Edit to change your contact details

2. Channel connection

You can manage connections to external sales channels – marketplaces and shopping carts here. Connections with marketplaces will allow orders to be automatically updated from your marketplace store to our platform. But you still have to Approve orders so that they can be processed and shipped to end customers.

  2. On the left side bar, navigate Account Settings, choose Connections.
  3. Choose the marketplace you want to connect to.
  4. Read carefully the descriptions and instructions Key in your Channel name/Store name. Then connect.

3. Sub-user accounts management

In order to delegate tasks to the relevant stakeholders, you are allowed to create up to 5 sub-accounts. Each sub-account will have its own password and log-in ID. You are able to set different roles for each account.

3.1 Create a sub-account:

Adding new sub-account requires only the email address. The email address has to be unique across the whole platform (i.e. the email address must not be a master account or as any existing sub-account).
The adding new sub-account is split into two sections – Information and Permissions. The Information section requires the basic account information and Permissions section provides options for choosing the user access by modules.

  2. Under Account Settings click User Accounts
  3. Click Add new sub-user.
  4. Fill in relevant for account.
  5. Choose the roles that you want the sub-account to be ale to perform

3.2 Edit sub-user account

  2. Under Account Settings click User Accounts
  3. Click the pencil icon to Edit*.
  4. View sub-user account details
  5. Choose the assigned roles you want the sub-user account is able to perform
  6. Click the x icon to delete account

4. View billing details

You can access current and past billing statements here.

  2. On the left side bar, navigate Billing, choose Summary your.
  3. Under Balance Summary, you are able view monthly charges and payment.
  4. Any changes in Payment or Invoice will be shown under Payment Adjustments.
  5. You can also use the interactive pricing calculator to get an estimate of Handling and Storage rates based on your volumes.

5. Configure preference

5.1 Set order preferences

You can configure your default shipping preferences here. You can turn on automatic order fulfillment to automatically approve external orders upon receipt.

5.2 Set up your Email Preference

You can configure your default shipping preferences here. You can turn on automatic order fulfillment to automatically approve external orders upon receipt.

  3. Set up Email preferences relating to Products, Orders and Shipment management.

5.3 Customize Packing Slip and Shipment Label

You can set other preferences such as customizing packing list message and setting default label sizes for Shipments.

  3. Customize your Packing Slip by filling in relevant information.
  4. Choose the default Shipment Label size that will be pre-selected when you create a Shipment.

6. Generate sales report

6.1 Generate Products Report

Here you can either download all products or download filtered data. Apply the filter and proceed to Download.By default Product Category is All and Active is selected. The report will be in xls format which can be used for file uploads.

6.2 Generate Shipments report

  2. On the left side bar, navigate Reportschoose Shipments.
  3. Enter Shipments plan name and download report.

6.3 Generate Orders report

Here you can download all orders by specifying a date range. Maximum date range allowed is 3 months from the current date. Please call client service and raise a request if you need older records.
