Returns are integral part of customer experience and retention. ezyCommerce makes it easy for you and your customer to manage returns. Currently we don’t accept Returns to warehouse because of the QC process involved which varies widely with different companies employing different standards.
The email will contain detailed instructions and your customers can paste the return label and drop it off in any POP station or Post Office.
Returns fee and SLA
Return fee is charged at $5.49 for up to 3 kg parcels. Returns will take 2 business days (Day 2) to be delivered to your address if your customer has dropped it off before 4 pm (Day 0).
