The status of the Product is important as it affects all the subsequent processes.
Active – Active products enjoy all the privileges from Shipment creation to Order processing. By default only active products are displayed in the Products table and Products report.
Inactive – Inactive products are barred from Shipment creation, Order creation and processing etc. Products can be made inactive because they are not sold anymore or temporarily discontinued or seasonal products etc. By default they are excluded from the Products table and products report.
- Click on Products tab
- Search for the product that you want to edit and click on Apply Filter
- Click on Edit in line with the product
